I couldn’t be happier with the decision Ive made to move into The Enzo. The building is in an amazing neighborhood and you are not more than a 5 minute walk away from the best of shopping and dining in Sherman Oaks. The management and staff are more than helpful and make it their priority to make sure you are comfortable in your apartment. Everyone in the building is extremely friendly and make for great neighbors.

My girlfriend and I have lived at The Tuscany since July 1st, 2017, and we have really enjoyed our time here. We moved from Chicago over the summer with little to no experience with Los Angeles and the apartment has helped soften the blow of adjusting to this massive city. The apartment itself is very cozy and the service from the property managers is excellent. If anything needs maintenance, they react immediately and the issue is taken care of quickly. They also maintain the grounds consistently, keeping the property clean and pretty. There is also strong transparency with the property managers and we appreciate that very much.

I am living here at The Enzo I am I enjoying the modern industrial style and the location which is accessible to everything the location is unbeatable. As most people know it is difficult to find good customer service these days or for that matter any customer service. I must say that from the moment I made contact with Medik who assisted with viewing the unit and then all the details that went into the renting and signing of the lease she couldn’t have been more accommodating. She attended to my every need with her warm and professionally demeanor. She has made herself available and has gone above and beyond ! That leads me to Raffi who is hands on with anything that needs attending to in the unit. He takes care of it all and is most personable and very caring. These people take a personal interest in the property and the people that live here and it is much appreciated.

I had a great experience living at Enzo. The property was well managed by a professional management team.The staff was friendly and helpful. Raffi was always there whenever there is any maintenance issue. He was responsible, skillful and patient. Medik was so sweet and she worked very hard to address each tenant's need. I lived there for a year and wish I could be there longer.

I currently reside at the Enzo and I couldn't be any happier. It has that industrial and modern touch that I LOVE. It's so quiet and peaceful here, and everyone in the complex is so kind. You have to call and make an appointment to be able to visit any units. They don't just allow anyone to waltz right in to ensure the privacy and protection for all tenants. Medik helped us find our new home and has made every step of the way a pleasure experience. Raffi and their team helped with mounting our television to the wall, and fixed anything that needed attention immediately. If we ever have an inquiry, it's just one call or text away.
